Kent - 10 apartments, completion expected Sept 09

Essex - Offices, Studio theatre, community hall and residential units
Leading educational charity, Theatre Resource,
has awarded a £5 million contract for the construction of the National
Centre for Disability Arts and Social Inclusion to Hill Partnerships Ltd.
Work is expected to begin on site at Great Stony, Chipping Ongar, Essex, in June 09 and
includes new-build and refurbishment works to create a new community hall,
studio theatre, offices, gallery and shop, a residential block (25 rooms)
and a supported housing unit comprising of nine flats.

Allenbuild have begun construction work on a 2000m²
Music and innovation Centre at Shaw Street and Landsdale Street, Liverpool.
Work began in December 08 to create a new facility housing recording studios,
offices, performance space, classrooms and communal areas.

Plans approved for Enterprise Centre - Cambridgeshire
Huntingdonshire District Council has received planning approval
for the demolition of an existing council depot and the construction
of a new 750m2 Enterprise Centre comprising offices and light
industrial units/workshops. Work is expected to begin later in

for the construction of a 63 bedroom nursing home on land at High Road, Leavesden, Watford. Works include a new access road, service area,

Detailed plans have been submitted for a major expansion of
the Tydd St Giles Golf And Leisure Centre in Kirkgate, Cambridgeshire.
The project includes a 1,200m2 extension to create a new leisure centre
with swimming pool, gym, restaurant, 2 bars, offices and reception, plus the
construction of 35 x 2-bedroom holiday homes. Works include major earthworks,
new access road and extensive landscaping.

Work has now begun on a new sports and research centre for
Northumbria University at the university’s Newcastle-upon-Tyne campus. The £22 million
